Card Information

your protection, we permanently delete your credit card number from
our server once the transaction has been processed. Our system is
set up in a way such that once your credit card has been charged,
your credit card number record is instantly deleted from our server;
leaves only the last 4 digits of your credit card number for identification
purposes. You may be assured that NO record of your credit card
number is permanently stored in any form including off-line! Please
be assured that we have taken maximum security measures to protect
your personal information.
We
work constantly to ensure safe shopping at Linay.Com. The security
of your personal information is protected during transmission using
the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts all information into
scrambled code to prevent unauthorized access. When entering personal
data and credit card information on "check out", you will see a
little lock on the bottom right hand side of your browser. This
means that the information that you have provided is kept secure

you accept mail orders? Do you accept money orders or checks as
payment?
Yes, we accept mail orders paid by money order or
check. However, check orders will not ship until the check clears.
It is preferred that you send in a money order for prompt shipment.
Do you have
a printed catalog available?
Unfortunately, we do not. All product information
is online only at this time.
What size does One Size fit?
One size items usually fit a standard size S to a L. If you are
an XL or above, you may want to consider our Queen Size or Plus
Size items or go with a more specific size. Please check the attached
size charts for the item of your choice to make your selection.
Can
I request a specific delivery time (time of the day)?
Delivery times (actual time of the day, ex: 3 PM) are based upon
the courier's scheduled routes. We are not able to specify or guarantee
a delivery day drop-off time.

process all orders within 24 hrs upon receipt. Listed in the chart
shown below are our shipping charges. Please note that we transfer
the shipping costs to you. We do not charge extra for shipping and
handling, so be assured that you pay the minimum costs incurred
for shipping. You will receive an email notification with a tracking
number if you elect the express delivery option. Please note that
it might take longer during peak seasons to process and ship the
orders. In the event that an item is out of stock, or requires a
longer lead time, you will receive an email notification from Linay
informing you about the delay.
Ground
Shipping takes 2-7 busines days IN ADDITION to the time
it takes to physically package and ship your order (hand over to
the carrier). 3rd Day Shipping takes 3 full business
days to arrive after shipment. 2nd Day Shipping
takes 2 full business days to arrive after shipment. Overnight
Shipments will arrive the next business day. Business
days do NOT include saturdays or sundays. No shipments
are made saturdays or sundays. Saturday delivery is available on
certain items at extra charge and on special requests only (contact
a representative to see if it's available).
Customers
in Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico, and Alaska (AK) must choose either
UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air service since UPS Ground service
is not available to these areas. All orders submitted with Ground
Shipping to these areas will be automatically upgraded to 2nd Day
Air at extra charge. NOTE: We do not ship to Post Office boxes
and all items shipped may require an adult signature for delivery.
Canadian
Orders:
Canadian Shipments might be subject to Duty, Brokerage,
G.S.T., P.S.T. and other import taxes which will be collected by
the driver upon delivery. Linay has no control over these
charges and does not collect them. These charges are based on the
value of the product in Canadian dollars and your ship-to destination.
How

is not collected on all shipments to recipients outside of Colorado.

Shipments
Depending
on what you order, we may ship from multiple warehouses. Shipping
lead times and transit times will differ depending on where it ships
from and the destination. If that is the case, we will email you
multiple tracking numbers so you can track the various packages.

Replacement - we will ship the replacement within 3 working
days.
